It is important to understand that health benefits are a result of efficient infrared emissivity, not air temperature. Our sauna is 95-99% emissive to deliver the highest concentration of infrared. During your first few sessions, start at a lower temperature of 100.4°F and gradually increase in later sessions. Keep in mind, if you’re sweating at 115°F you’re getting the same benefits as if sweating at 151°F.
